I was looking for a bench that was as close to commercial grade I could come without spending the commercial price. I took a chance on this one and it is worth every penny. I recieved it quickly and it took me about 30 minutes to put together with two wrenches, that’s it! The arms raise to above my head (I am 6′1″)) and turn around for doing squats.
The only small negative is the bench sits up high near the knees. My feet touch the ground, but barely, nothing a couple of boxes couldn’t fix.
This bench fits great in my upstairs bonus room with room for a couch, desk, TV and other workout equipment. This is a great bench for the price. I know it will last a long while and can handle plenty of weight. I did a TON of research and couldn’t find anything besides commercial that compared!
